The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the Contracting Authority related to the performance of the functions of the Substitute Investor (SI) and the Investment Supervision Inspector (ISI) in the implementation of the investment entitled: "Expansion and equipment of the Świętokrzyskie Centre for Oncology in Kielce in order to increase the range of services and the innovativeness of oncological treatment. The detailed scope of the Contractor's obligations has been defined in Annex no. 10 to the SWZ "Draft Contract Terms (DCT)" (together with the annexes), including in Annex no. 2 to the Contract - Description of the subject of the contract.
