France – Software package and information systems – Accord cadre pour l'acquisition d’une solution de télérelève des compteurs professionnels d’EDF SEI, de prestations d’intégration, de MCO et de formations associées

The subject of the contract "Acquisition of a remote meter reading solution for EDF SEI's professional meters, integration services, MCO and associated training" concerns the acquisition of the right to use a remote meter reading solution as well as integration services, MCO and user training associated with this solution. This solution must allow deployment in on-premise environments. The need of the SEI Directorate (Insular Energy Systems) is as follows: the acquisition of a software solution for remote reading of EDF SEI's industrial meters, integration services for this solution into EDF SEI's IT environment, MCO services (maintenance, support, training and expertise and/or development services) and associated user training services; the recovery of business data as part of the integration of the solution and in the event of reversibility or changes of solution. This contract is composed of one lot. EDF SA issues this notice on behalf of the SEI Directorate.
