Framework agreement for structural design planning for the renovation/retrofitting of existing buildings on the site of the Universitätsklinikum Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE) during the up to 4-year term of the framework agreements (2 years fixed term + 2 years extension option). The phases of the individual orders may include all HOAI phases of service. In some cases, only individual or combined phases of service will be commissioned. A phased commissioning is planned in each case, with the optional phased commissioning being carried out in full or in part. Two framework partners are to be bound by the framework agreement. In case of need, a single contract is awarded alternately. The framework partners will therefore be commissioned for each second individual order. The contracting authority will ensure an overall economically equivalent commissioning of the framework partners for the duration of the contract period. The minimum and maximum total fees for the possible individual orders for the advertised framework agreements amount to for the up to 4-year term of the framework agreement Structural Design Planning - minimum order value EUR 5,000.00 net. Maximum order volume over 4 years EUR 1,200,000.00 net plus VAT.
