Total consultancy regarding the implementation of a master plan for the renovation of Department 501 Kongsgården. The project consists of the renovation of 148 public housing units, which were constructed with public support and are subject to the relevant legislation, including circulars and guidelines. The procurement of the total consultancy contract will be carried out as a negotiated procedure in accordance with §§ 61-66 of the Public Procurement Act. The client reserves the right to award the task based on the initial tender. The requirements for the task are set out in the tender material.
