Germany – Architectural services for buildings – Einphasiger, nichtoffener hochbaulicher und freiraumplanerischer Realisierungswettbewerb "Neubau KiTa Kyrau" Kirn

The procedure will be conducted as a single-stage, non-open design competition for building and landscape planning. A maximum of 20 participants is aimed for. The competition will be based on the RPW 2013 in its current version, introduced in Rhineland-Palatinate by the decree of the Ministry of Finance of 22 May 2013 and the administrative regulation of 1 June 2014. The application and recognition of the RPW 2013 is binding for the client, participants, and all other parties involved, unless this invitation to tender explicitly deviates from it. The client, participants, and all parties involved in the procedure acknowledge the content of the invitation to tender. The Committee for Competition and Procurement of the Chamber of Architects of Rhineland-Palatinate has been involved in the preparation of this competition in an advisory capacity. The invitation to tender was registered there under the number 3/03/26. Following the competition, a VgV negotiation procedure without a participation competition will initially be conducted with the first prize winner.
