Croatia – Repair and maintenance services – Interventno i preventivno strojarsko održavanje MBO postrojenja

The service involves the implementation of regular and intervention mechanical maintenance of the MBO plant within the Waste Management Centre Biljane Donje, with the aim of concluding a framework agreement with one economic operator for a period of three (3) years. The contractor undertakes to carry out all maintenance tasks qualitatively, professionally, and within the agreed deadlines, in accordance with industry standards and the principle of good business practice, for the needs of the Purchaser (EKO d.o.o.) at the plant for mechanical-biological treatment of waste (MBO). The maintenance concept is based on the RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance – reliability-focused maintenance) guidelines and covers four main areas: 1. Corrective (intervention) maintenance 2. Preventive maintenance 3. Predictive maintenance 4. Proactive maintenance. With its activities, the contractor is obliged to ensure the overall technical availability of the MBO plant of at least 96%, whereby the methodology for calculating technical availability is defined in Chapter 2.3. Reliability Calculation Methodology. The contractor is required to plan, organise and carry out all activities of preventive, predictive, proactive and intervention maintenance in a manner that ensures the fulfillment of the aforementioned requirement.
