Open electronic procedure, pursuant to Articles 25 and 71 of Legislative Decree No. 36/2023, launched by the ASL of Bari for the award of the two-year supply of foods intended for special medical purposes for oral and artificial enteral nutrition FOR A PERIOD OF 24 MONTHS WITH AN OPTIONAL EXTENSION OF 12 MONTHS PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 120, PARAGRAPH 10, WITH AN OPTIONAL QUANTITY EXTENSION OF 40% PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 120, PARAGRAPH 1, LETTER a) OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE 36/2023 AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS.
