Poland – Electricity, heating, solar and nuclear energy – Zakup energii elektrycznej dla Gminy Krzeszowice oraz Jednostek Organizacyjnych Gminy Krzeszowice na okres 1 roku tj. od 1.01.2027 r. do 31.12.2027 r.

The subject of the contract is: Purchase of electricity for the municipality of Krzeszowice and the organisational units of the municipality of Krzeszowice for the operation of buildings, premises, and utility objects, as well as for street lighting, in accordance with the Energy Law of 10 April 1997, hereinafter referred to as the "purchase of electricity", for a period of 12 months (1.01.2027 – 31.12.2027). The supplied energy will come from renewable sources. The Contractor will provide the Purchaser with a Guarantee of Origin of Electricity for 46 facilities with a total estimated energy consumption of 535 321 kWh, as referred to in Article 120 of the Act on Renewable Energy Sources for the calendar year, within 120 days after the specified period. 2. The contract includes the purchase of electricity for the facilities listed in paragraph 3: 1) The estimated demand for electricity for a period of 12 months is 2 214 163 kWh. 2) Performance of tasks related to the entire procedure of changing the electricity supplier, including: to carry out the following tasks on behalf of and for the benefit of the Purchaser, related to the change of the electricity supplier for the needs of operating buildings and facilities of the Municipality of Krzeszowice and its organisational units: submission to the relevant Distribution System Operator for the implementation of the electricity sales contract concluded with the Contractor, performance of all actions that will be necessary in the process of changing the electricity supplier, on the basis of the granted power of attorney for the duration of the electricity sales contract, with the exception of concluding a contract, resulting from the power of attorney, constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ, in particular the Purchaser obliges the Contractor to submit to the indicated Distribution System Operator for the implementation of the electricity sales contract concluded with the Contractor, representing the Purchaser, submitting declarations of intent and establishing all necessary information on behalf of the Purchaser in the scope of changing the electricity supplier. 3) The Purchaser informs that: a) the procedure for selecting an electricity supplier in the form of a tender is taking place for the next time; b) has contracts: - for the distribution of electricity with OSD - Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. – Branch in Kraków for an indefinite period; - electricity sales contracts with AUDAX RENEWABLES POLSKA Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (valid until 31.12.2026), c) the energy consumption forecast indicated above and in the Subject of the Contract is only an approximate value, which may change during the execution of the contract, and the actual energy consumption (less or more than the forecast indicated in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ) will depend solely on the actual needs of the Purchaser, while the Supplier is obliged in each case to apply the prices of energy offered in the tender; d) consents to conclude a contract by correspondence; e) the Contractor selected in the procedure, will provide PPE data in electronic form, immediately after the conclusion of the contract; f) meets the conditions specified in the Act of 27 October 2022 on extraordinary measures aimed at limiting the prices of electricity and supporting certain recipients in 2023. g) The Purchaser does not have comprehensive contracts and does not use promotional offers. 3. The scope of the contract includes the sale of electricity - 2 214 163.00 kWh: 1) for the Municipality of Krzeszowice: street lighting 1 435 553.00 kWh - 172 points 2) for the Municipality of Krzeszowice: other facilities 187 768.00 kWh - 28 points 3) for Organisational Units: 590 842.00 kWh - 11 units - 48 points: a) Municipal Buildings Administration Plant, ul.
