The core of the Contract concerns the execution of the biennial MCU talks. Additionally, we can optionally procure additional services. These include: • post-traumatic talks; • psychological support before, during and after impactful sessions; • training and supporting employees in collegial reception; • training in mental resilience. Based on experience figures from previous years and the expected future need, the scope of the Contract has been estimated. The estimated value of the Contract is € 200.000,-- excluding VAT per year, hence € 800.000,-- excluding VAT over a duration of 4 years. Currently, between 200 and 300 MCU talks are conducted per year. To prevent the contractual maximum value from being exceeded in the meantime and the framework agreement from losing its effect before the intended end of the duration, we conclude the framework agreement with a maximum contract value of € 1.200.000,-- excluding VAT. Factors that can influence the actual scope include, among others, natural fluctuations in demand, political administrative developments and developments in the societal debate on specific topics.
