Poland – Natural gas – Kompleksowa dostawa gazu ziemnego wysokometanowego (grupa E) dla Gostyńskiej Grupy Zakupowej na okres od 01.01.2027 r. do 31.12.2027 r.

1. The subject of the procurement is the comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas (Group E) for the gas intake point(s) (PPG) according to Annex No. 1 to the SWZ — fuel gas supply with the distribution service to the ordering entities, with a maximum fuel demand of 22 101 850 kWh (basic order), including fuel gas settled according to tariff prices amounting to: 18 851 102 kWh and settled according to competitive prices amounting to: 3 250 748 kWh. 2. The fuel gas must be supplied 24/7 to the delivery-receipt points, listed in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, which is a set of gas devices serving to connect the internal network, owned by the ordering entity, with the gas network of the system operator. 3. During the execution of the order, the ordering entity reserves the right to decrease or increase the order size within the range of +/- 10% of the basic quantity of fuel gas for gas purchase. The increase in the order size will occur on the basis of the right of option. The rules, scope, and manner of using the above by the ordering entity are described in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ – Draft contractual provisions in § 1, paragraph 3 and 4.
