The public contract is divided, in accordance with § 101 of the law, into 3 parts within this tender procedure. The supplier can submit a bid for one or all three parts of the public contract. The subject of the public contract is the supply of a high-performance tractor of the 230+ hp power category for the maintenance of protected areas and the technical management of the property of the South Bohemian Region. Furthermore, the subject of the supply is a professional forestry cutter due to the frequent need to reduce vegetation, remove stumps and prepare the terrain for seeding or the restoration of steppe formations, reforestation with target tree species, etc. The removal of vegetation, the elimination of roots and the preparation of the terrain by other means, or their combination, is very time-consuming and costly. And the subject of the supply is also a post driver, important for the preparation of fences for grazing on selected areas (villages, horses, other large animals), fences for securing forest stands, fences for protecting nests from predators, marking the boundaries of protected areas, placing information boards, etc.
