Planning of the object according to §§ 34 HOAI, performance phases 1-9. This is a completely free-standing underground car park without loads from the surrounding buildings. The underground car park was constructed using the pre-cast concrete system Katzenberger. Due to the severe damage at the three locations listed by the structural engineer, emergency supports have been installed. For the underground car park at Wintersteinstr. 7, concrete repair of the columns (including column bases) and the wall base was to be carried out. In addition, measures in the areas of fire protection, electrical, and building substance, repair of the leaking expansion joints, painting, and possible repair of the ventilation and drainage should be examined and carried out (by further specialist planners).
