Netherlands – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Architect Huis De Misse Bernheze

The municipality of Bernheze, Sociaal Cultureel Centrum De Pas and De Bibliotheek Heesch are currently housed at De Misse 2, 4 and 6 in Heesch. These three parties, together with the educational and creative centre De Eijnderic, also housed within the core of Heesch, see opportunities for more integrated, open, multifunctional and hospitable joint accommodation in the core of Heesch. For this, the existing accommodation at De Misse would need to be extensively renovated and expanded to Het Huis De Misse. For this purpose, ICS adviseurs has drawn up a Spatial Functional and Technical Programme of Requirements (hereinafter: Programme of Requirements or PvE) containing the joint conditions of the aforementioned parties. Both PvE’s are added as annex 10 and 11 to the selection guide. The municipality wants to develop this Programme of Requirements into a design. This must result in a Final Design (DO) with accompanying cost estimate on which the council of the municipality of Bernheze can make a decision at its meeting in June 2027 on whether it wishes to implement this plan. The agreement consists of services by an architect, interior architect and constructor to develop the existing Programme of Requirements into an integral design.
