The subject of the contract is the comprehensive organisation and implementation of a study trip abroad to Egypt (Cairo) for entrepreneurs from the Małopolska region, operating in the area of Regional Intelligent Specialisation „Chemistry”. within the project „GoExport Małopolska”. The contract includes comprehensive logistical and substantive support for the trip, in particular: air transport of participants, local transport at the venue, accommodation, catering for participants, insurance for participants, provision of a coordinator/pilot for the trip, organisation of study visits to institutions, companies and industry organisations related to the „Chemistry” sector, organisation of industry and networking meetings, provision of substantive and organisational support for the visit, provision of translation services during meetings and visits, preparation and implementation of B2B meetings with foreign entities operating in the area of Regional Intelligent Specialisations, particularly in the chemistry sector, substantive preparation for the visit, including the identification of potential business and institutional partners, other services necessary for the correct and comprehensive implementation of the subject of the contract in accordance with the requirements of the Buyer. NOTICE! In the event that the political or epidemiological situation in the country or in the destination country/city of the trip or in the transit countries makes a safe stay impossible, the Buyer will have the right to cancel the procedure under art. 255 point 5) of the Public Procurement Law or withdraw from the contract under art. 456 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Public Procurement Law. The detailed specification of the subject of the contract is contained in the „Description of the Subject of the Contract” (OPZ), which is Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
