Number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for the submission of tenders/applications: 18

The deadline for the contracting authority to respond to clarification requests submitted by economic operators is on the 11th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders.

If selected for the ex-ante contract award, in accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance no. 98/2017, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the contracting authority will make available to the persons empowered by ANAP, through the verification decision, the consolidated responses to the clarification requests, before uploading and publishing them in the Electronic Public Procurement System, with at least 4 days before the response deadline set in the participation notice, in accordance with the provisions of Article 8 of Annex no. 1 to Government Decision no. 419/2018.
