The subject of the VZ is the conclusion of a framework agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "framework agreement") with one participant of the tender procedure for the performance of domestic rail transport of equipment, materials and personnel of the MO sector, including related services (hereinafter referred to as "transport"). In the case of equipment and materials, this involves transport that exceeds the dimensions and weight of standard transport (e.g. the load capacity of railway wagons 100 t, the use of deep-well wagons, etc.).
