The present consultation concerns the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system for the award of specific contracts relating to the supply and delivery of natural gas to the boilers of part of the Paris Habitat - OPH estate. The services are the subject of a single lot. The unit price services will be performed upon the occurrence of needs within the following limits: minimum annual volume: none maximum annual volume: 500 GWh. The present SAD is established for a period of 4 years firm, then renewable 2 times 2 years running from the date on which the first economic operator is informed of his admission. Up to 2 months before its expiry, the duration of the SAD can be extended by means of the publication of a new call for competition. Deadline for receipt of initial tenders: 17/07/2026 16:00.
