Bulgaria – Construction work for sports facilities – „Инженеринг – проектиране, авторски надзор и СМР на обект „Изграждане на нов спортен комплекс – реконструкция на Стадион „Горубсо“ в УПИ IV кв. 92 по пл на парк „Арпезос - юг“, грКърджали – ЕТАПНО: Етап I – Обслужваща сграда, спортни площадки, частично покрита трибуна и паркинг; Етап II – Стадион, спортни площадки, ограда и подпорни стени /след осигурено финансиране за изпълнението на етапа/“.

The subject of the contract includes: 1. Preparation of an investment project for Phase I and Phase II in accordance with the requirements specified in the Technical Specification; 2. Execution of construction and installation works for Phase I in accordance with the requirements specified in the Technical Specification for the phase; 3. Exercise of author's supervision for Phase I and Phase II, when construction is available for the respective phase.

The subject of the contract is the preparation of a technical project and the execution of construction and installation works for "Construction of a new sports complex – reconstruction of Stadium Gorubso in UPI IV /PI with identifier 40909.117.17/, plot 92 on the plan of Park Arpezos – South, Kardzhali, PHASE I – Service building, sports grounds, partially covered tribune and parking". The scope of the contract includes: construction of a monolithic single-story service building with changing rooms, sanitary facilities, rooms for trainers, referees and medical services; construction of reinforced concrete tribunes with a capacity of up to 250 seats, partially covered with a canopy; construction of two training sports grounds for mini-football with artificial surfacing, fence, drainage and lighting; construction of a parking lot with parking spaces, including for people with disabilities and buses. The execution of the necessary electrical, HVAC, lighting, lightning protection and low-current installations, construction of a photovoltaic installation for own needs, landscaping works (pavements, greenery, marking), as well as all accompanying activities for the commissioning of the facility in accordance with the approved investment project, issued building permit and applicable regulations is envisaged. Detailed information regarding the scope and types of activities is specified in the Technical Specification. The two execution phases – Phase I and Phase II – are included in one common technical specification, because the object represents a single integral stadium and sports complex, which should be considered and designed as a functionally and structurally unified facility, regardless of its phased implementation. The investment project in the phase "technical project" is developed for the entire stadium (Phase I and Phase II), to ensure: - a single architectural, structural and engineering concept for the object as a whole; - consistency between the individual parts of the project (architecture, structures, installations, landscaping, etc.) for all future phases; - the possibility for each phase to be executed and commissioned independently, but within the framework of the overall integrated solution for the sports complex. The Technical Specification describes the parameters and requirements for both Phase I and Phase II, as they are part of a single engineering project for the stadium. Given the available funding and the estimated value, the preparation of the investment project, the construction and installation works for Phase 1 and the author's supervision for Phase 1 and 2 are within the scope of the current public procurement. The execution of Phase 2 will be entrusted after securing funding and determining the corresponding estimated value in accordance with the investment project already prepared for the entire object. The maximum term for the preparation of the investment project is no more than 60 calendar days, counted from the conclusion of the contract. The maximum term for the execution of construction and installation works is no more than 350 (three hundred and fifty) calendar days, counted from the signing of the protocol for opening the construction site and determining the construction line and level. The term for the exercise of author's supervision is during the construction. The author's supervision is carried out by the designer of the technical project. The author's supervision will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the ZUT and other relevant regulatory acts.
