Bulgaria – Construction work – "Текущ ремонт на площадка за отпадъци, намираща се в непосредствена близост до стационарно съоръжение /солище/, находящо се в базата на ОП "Чистота"

The subject of the present public procurement is "Current repair of a waste site located in close proximity to a stationary facility /landfill/, located in the base of OP "Chistota". The subject of the public procurement is "construction", in accordance with Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 1, Letter "a" of the Public Procurement Act. The construction activities do not require a building permit and approval of an investment project. All SMR/SRR, included in the procurement, represent "current repair" in accordance with paragraph 5, item 43 of the Ordinance on the Public Procurement Act and are aimed at improving the operational qualities of the existing site, without affecting the structure, without carrying out reconstruction, reconstruction or change of purpose. The deadline for the execution of all activities and construction and installation works, included in the scope of the present public procurement, should not be longer than 70 (seventy) calendar days. The response time (carrying out an inspection) cannot be longer than 48 hours. The time for the elimination of a detected defect cannot be longer than 10 calendar days. Proposals from participants in which the deadlines are proposed in a different unit of measurement and/or exceed the maximum allowable deadline will be excluded, on the basis of Article 107, Paragraph 2, Item "a" of the Public Procurement Act. The total value of the contract is equal to the value of the price offer of the selected participant for the executor, which in turn cannot exceed the estimated value of the public procurement. The conditions under which the subject of the procurement will be realized are in accordance with the Technical Specification and the Participation Documentation, as the rights and obligations of the Contractor and the Beneficiary are in accordance with the draft contract and its annexes.
