Bulgaria – Multi-dwelling buildings construction work – „Проектиране, упражняване на авторски надзор и строителство в изпълнение на проект BG16FFPR003 – 4.001 – 0221 „Енергийна ефективност на многофамилна жилищна сграда с адрес гр. Перник, ул. ,,Васил Левски“, бл.15“

Subject of the public procurement: „Design, exercise of author's supervision and construction in the implementation of project BG16FFPR003 – 4.001 – 0221 „Energy efficiency of a multi-family residential building at 15, ,,Vasil Levski“ St, Pernik“. The following activities are included in the scope of the public procurement: Activity 1 – Preparation of an investment project: The current technical assignment for design envisages the development of an investment project in the Technical Design Execution phase of Construction Works for the implementation of the project „Design, exercise of author's supervision and construction in the implementation of project BG16FFPR003 – 4.001 – 0221 „Energy efficiency of a multi-family residential building at 15, ,,Vasil Levski“ St, Pernik“. The GFA of the building – 4839.04 sq.m. The implementation of the investment project should contribute to the improvement of the energy characteristics of the national building stock of residential buildings, through the application of integrated energy efficiency measures; It should lead to an energy consumption class according to ORDINANCE № E-RD-04-2 of 16.12.2022 for energy efficiency inspection, certification and assessment of energy savings in buildings for the corresponding type of building. • Achievement of an energy consumption class of at least „B“ after the application of energy-saving measures in residential buildings; • Stimulation of at least 30% savings in primary energy for the renovated residential buildings; • Resource efficiency, economic viability, decarbonisation through RES, sustainable construction process; • Reduction of energy poverty, through reduction of energy costs; • Improvement of living conditions and quality of life of the population in the country through technological upgrading and modernization of the building stock. The investment project must be developed in accordance with the Energy Efficiency Inspection of the building and the Technical Inspection for establishing the technical characteristics and the Technical Passport of the building, the object of the investment. Activity 2 – Execution of Construction Works for the implementation of the construction of the object: The contractor must ensure lawful, quality and timely commencement, execution and completion of the construction, including delivery of construction products, mechanisation, workforce and any services and activities necessary for the execution of the construction in accordance with the current technical specifications and investment projects, in accordance with the Law on Spatial Development (LSD) and the subordinate normative acts for its application, all other applicable normative documents and the Contract for the current procurement. Activity 3 – Execution of author's supervision: exercise of author's supervision during the construction in accordance with Art.162 of the Law on Spatial Development.
