Bulgaria – Parking lot construction work – „Изграждане на паркинг в УПИ I-845 "за болница", кв. 15, по пл. на гр. Карнобат - етап 1 и етап 2”

The subject of the present contract is the execution of construction and installation works for the construction of a visitor parking lot in the northwest part of the property (UPI I-845, plot 15 according to the plan of the town of Karnobat) with 122 parking spaces, of which 10 for persons with disabilities, as well as a service parking lot with 8 spaces next to the entrance of the medical facility. The visitor parking lot will be constructed in a green area with a completely new asphalt pavement. The adjacent sidewalks will be constructed with concrete slabs and garden curbs. For the visitor parking lot, it is planned to build an access control system - entrance and exit barriers, entrance and exit devices. To limit unauthorized parking, anti-parking bollards will be installed. Stage 1 This stage involves the repair of internal roads, including the area for the service parking lot with 8 spaces - replacement of the road curb, milling of the asphalt pavement and laying a new wearing course of dense asphalt concrete. When replacing the curbs and in accordance with the requirements for an accessible environment, it is necessary to dismantle and rebuild the existing sidewalk from the south to the central approach to the medical facility. It is planned to build parking lighting. The drainage of rainwater will be through rainwater intake shafts, connected to the existing rainwater drainage system. The project includes a revision of the shafts of the underground infrastructure and the replacement of the covers. It is planned to build a new fence in the western part of the property. Stage 2 It is planned to build a service parking lot with 18 parking spaces with a common entrance-exit to the Emergency Medical Center, to build a controlled access system and major repair of the internal road within the design scope. Similar to Stage 1, asphalt pavement and concrete slabs will be used to build the adjacent sidewalks. It is planned to build parking lighting. The drainage of rainwater will be through rainwater intake shafts, connected to the existing rainwater drainage system. The subject of the present public procurement covers the complete execution of the construction, including all the construction and installation works provided for in Stage 1 and Stage 2 of the approved investment project. The two stages will be awarded simultaneously within the framework of the present public procurement. The project includes a revision of the shafts of the underground infrastructure and the replacement of the covers. The project includes the execution of construction and installation works in the following parts: Architecture, Geodesy, Structures, HVAC and Technological, Electrical, Road, Landscaping, Structural Opinion, Fire Safety, Health and Safety, and Occupational Safety and Health. The object has been issued a Building Permit No. 78/13.08.2024 by the Chief Architect of Karnobat Municipality. The construction and installation works will be carried out in accordance with the Law on Spatial Development, the requirements of the Contracting Authority and the provisions of the approved investment projects. The types and quantities of construction and installation works are specified in the Technical Specification. As of the date of publication of the public procurement, financing has not been secured, in view of which the contract will be concluded subject to the terms of Article 114 of the Public Procurement Act.
