The subject of the public procurement is "Implementation of investment projects in the water supply network in the territory of Sofia Municipality – Zones 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6", divided into the following distinct lots: Lot 1: Implementation of investment projects in the water supply network in the territory of Sofia Municipality – ZONE 1 – territory of Sofia Municipality – districts: Ovcha Kupel, Krasno Selo, Triaditsa, Sredets, Lozeneц; Lot 2: Implementation of investment projects in the water supply network in the territory of Sofia Municipality – ZONE 2 – territory of Sofia Municipality – districts: Vitoша, Studentski, Izgrev, Mladost; Lot 3: Implementation of investment projects in the water supply network in the territory of Sofia Municipality – ZONE 3 – territory of Sofia Municipality – districts: Pancharevo, Iskyr; Lot 4: Implementation of investment projects in the water supply network in the territory of Sofia Municipality – ZONE 4 – territory of Sofia Municipality – districts: Kremikovtsi, Poduyane, Slatina; Lot 5: Implementation of investment projects in the water supply network in the territory of Sofia Municipality – ZONE 5 – territory of Sofia Municipality – districts: Novi Iskyr, Vrabnitsa, Nadezhda; Lot 6: Implementation of investment projects in the water supply network in the territory of Sofia Municipality – ZONE 6 – territory of Sofia Municipality – districts: Bankya, Lyulin, Krasna Polyana, Ilinden, Vazrazhdane, Oborishte, Serdika. The scope of the construction and installation works includes, but is not limited to: - earthworks – excavation and backfilling according to the requirements of the work project and/or the specific instructions of the Contracting Authority, reflected in the SOW for the assignment; - installation by trench method or trenchless technology of water supply pipelines and facilities and new building water supply diversions and/or reconnection of existing ones, with technical specifications and characteristics of the construction products – type, diameters, slopes, lengths, etc., according to those specified in the Work Projects or installation plans, - concrete, formwork and reinforcement works – when building inspection wells and other facilities on the water supply network; - reconstruction and/or major repair and/or construction of new transport infrastructure and its elements (including restoration of asphalt, paving, crushed stone, sidewalk pavements and other in road or street network). The Contractor with a contract for a specific zone may be assigned construction and installation works in another of the zones listed in this section 1. Subject of the contract. In the event that a Contractor with a contract for a specific zone is assigned construction and installation works that simultaneously engage all three required teams, the Contracting Authority has the right to assign construction and installation works in that zone to a Contractor from another zone under the subject of this contract, having free teams. The Contractor is not guaranteed quantities of the assigned works under the contract.
