The subject of the present order is the preparation of a project in parts: Architecture, Electrical, HVAC, HVAC, Fire Safety, Fire Safety and PUSO. After the preparation and approval of the projects, a complete renovation of the first and second floors of the building is to be carried out. The building has a built-up area of 980 sq.m. All necessary architectural, electrical, HVAC and HVAC activities, as well as all related construction and installation works necessary for the complete implementation of the object, are to be carried out. During the execution, author's supervision is to be provided.
