Poland – Waste-tip management services – Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z terenu miasta i gminy Góra

In the scope of Section 1 - waste collection and management - collection of municipal waste from property owners in the municipality of Góra and management of the collected waste in an estimated quantity of up to 4 513,00 Mg (t) (max. 4 513,00 Mg, min. 3 868,50 Mg), i.e. recovery or disposal, in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods as well as limitation of the mass of biodegradable waste sent for disposal, as referred to in the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, as amended). In the table of settlement elements, being Annex No. 1.1 to the subject SWZ, the maximum quantities of waste for collection and management, which the Contractor is obliged to undertake within the subject contract, and after the exhaustion of which the Contractor is authorized to discontinue the provision of the services, with the possibility of transferring costs between waste categories within the maximum nominal remuneration resulting from the contract. In the table of settlement elements, being Annex No. 1.2 to the subject SWZ, the minimum quantities of waste, on the basis of which the minimum remuneration of the Contractor was determined. The Contractor will secure the properties with an appropriate number of durable bags for selective waste collection, marked with the type of waste for which they are intended. The bags should be transparent in order to control their contents. The Contractor will equip the residents with a new bag each time, left in exchange for the one the resident left filled. In the circumstances and on the terms indicated in the contract, the Contractor is also to equip the property with a container for selective waste collection. In the scope of Section 2 - Operation of PSZOK The Contractor is to organize, launch, and signpost from 02.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 a point for selective waste collection in the city of Góra (an objective requirement justified by the specificity of the subject of the order or the good of the inhabitants due to the location in the central point of the municipality of Góra). The obligation of the Contractor operating PSZOK is also the management of the waste accepted in it (approx. 1093,30 Mg (t)). In the proceedings, the obligation to provide a guarantee in the following amounts was set for each part: Section 1 – 50 000,00 PLN Section 2 - 20 000,00 PLN The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts, as referred to in Article 214(7). In the scope of Section 1 of the proceedings - it is planned to repeat the services of collection and management of waste in the amount of 200 Mg (t) of mixed waste, 285,20 (t) collected selectively. This will take place within the collection cycles described in the basic order, i.e. the Contractor will receive remuneration only for the quantities of managed waste in individual fractions. In the scope of Section 2 of the proceedings - it is planned to repeat the services of managing waste collected in PSZOK in the amount of 200 Mg (t). The Contractor will receive remuneration only for the quantities of managed waste in individual fractions. Contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract Article 58(1) - (….) the contractors appoint a proxy to represent them in the proceedings for the award of the contract or to represent them in the proceedings and conclude the contract in the matter of the public contract. There is a possibility of introducing significant changes to the contract in the situations and scopes indicated in the contract project, which is an annex to the SWZ.
