The present consultation aims to conclude a framework agreement with subsequent contracts for intellectual services and assistance on operations related to drinking water. The framework agreement is non-lot. It is single-award and concluded for a maximum of 6 000 000 euros excl. VAT. It is awarded for a period of two years, renewable three times for successive periods of two years, for a total maximum duration of eight years. The estimated notification date is set for 15 December 2026. The services will be carried out throughout the SESV's area of intervention, i.e. 86 communes, for approximately 35 000 inhabitants.
