1. The subject of the contract is: The provision of a service for the maintenance of devices along with software owned by the contracting authority, for Parts I to XII, which meet the requirements specified in the Subject of the Contract Description, also known as the "SOD", which is Annex 1 to the SWZ. The contract consists of twelve parts: Part I – Actidata devices, Part II – Apple devices, Part III – Cisco devices, Part IV – Dell devices, Part V – Entrust devices, Part VI – F5 devices, Part VII – Fortinet devices, Part VIII – HPE devices, Part IX – IBM devices, Part X – Juniper devices, Part XI – Quantum devices, Part XII – Thales devices. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 1 to the SWZ - Subject of the Contract Description and Annex 1 to the SOD – List of Devices. 3. The contractor is obliged to implement the contract on the principles and conditions described in Annex 2 to the SWZ - Draft Contract Terms.
