This tender is for the provision of engineering services for the Technical Equipment (Section 53 ff. HOAI in the currently valid version) for the new construction of a 3-storey primary school (3-track) with a basement. The school is to be organised as a compartment school and constructed using a hybrid timber construction method. The services include the planning of all plant groups of the Technical Equipment according to HOAI as well as the Technical Systems in the outdoor facilities of Lot 550: - Plant Group 1: Wastewater, water and gas systems - Plant Group 2: Heating systems - Plant Group 3: Air-conditioning systems - Plant Group 4: High-voltage systems - Plant Group 5: Telecommunications and information technology systems - Plant Group 6: Conveying systems - Plant Group 7: Usage-specific and process engineering systems (e.g. kitchen technology) - Plant Group 8: Building automation - Lot 550: Basic pipework planning, rainwater planning, grease trap (school kitchen) Construction method: Hybrid timber in combination with concrete. The use of CO2-reduced concrete is planned for the basement, the base slab and the stairwells. The floor slabs are planned as STB slabs on timber ribs. The building consists largely of a timber structure of prefabricated elements. A PV system is to be installed on the green roof of the school.
