The supplier shall enable access to various fitness and wellness providers both near the workplace and place of residence, so that the widest possible range of offers can be used. Employees should also be enabled to stay active and continue a training program effectively and comprehensively while on holiday or business trips. Therefore, the future corporate fitness programme of the Landkreis Friesland and Zweckverband Veterinäramt Jade-Weser shall be usable nationwide, both on-site and digitally. The participating employees must be able to use various sports facilities directly, which are connected to the corporate fitness provider as part of a membership with the contractor. The sports offer is to be expanded by a digital offer in the areas of movement, nutrition and relaxation. The administrative implementation of the fitness programme, such as the registration and deregistration of employees, is carried out via a web-based online portal, which the contractor provides to the contracting authority. In addition, the contractor provides the employees with a homepage or an app that informs them about the offer and the possibilities of use. The contractor supports the contracting authority in the implementation of the offer. The contractor guarantees the provision of its services in the form of a network system. This means that the contractual relationships with the individual partner companies exist exclusively between them and the contractor. The contracting authority enters into a contractual relationship exclusively with the contractor. A contractual obligation of the contracting authority and its employees to one of the partner companies is excluded within the scope of this call for tenders.
