The municipality of Leiden manages a large number of power distribution cabinets in the city for events and markets. These cabinets must comply with the NEN3140 standard. To continue to meet this standard, periodic maintenance is necessary. In addition, almost all of the cabinets have been optimized in recent years for multifunctional use, such as charging electric vehicles, to better utilize their capacity. The municipality requires a maintenance contract for these cabinets, including the handling of emergencies such as faults and the replacement of cabinets.

• The estimated total cost is €55,000 per year for maintenance only. (€55,000 x 4 years = €220,000). No estimate can be given for replacements, as this is assessed per cabinet. The framework agreement has a maximum value of €350,000. Orders will be placed on call-off.
