The procurement procedure used is: the negotiated procedure. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-3, R. 2124-3 and R. 2161-12 to R. 2161-20 of the Public Procurement Code. The present framework agreement is single-award. The consultation procedure will take place in 2 successive phases: 1) Candidature phase (in progress): Any economic operator may submit a request to participate on the basis of the consultation dossier elements. 2) Tender phase (forthcoming): Only the economic operators selected by the contracting authority will be authorised to bid.
