Poland – Electricity, heating, solar and nuclear energy – Dostawa energii elektrycznej dla Zakładu Obsługi Przejść Granicznych w Korczowej

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the Contracting Authority's electricity intake points in accordance with the Act of 10 April 1997 on Energy Law (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2026, item 43, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "Energy Law Act" and the executive acts issued on the basis thereof, with specified quality standards. The quality standards of electricity are described in the Energy Law Act, in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 22 March 2023 on the detailed conditions for the functioning of the power system (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2025, item 919, as amended), in the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of 3 September 2026 on the method of shaping and calculating tariffs and the method of settlements in electricity trade (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 1182). 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract, as well as the requirements and rules for the implementation of the contract, are specified in the Draft Contract Terms constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ together with the list of electricity intake points constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 3. In the event of the Contracting Authority installing renewable energy sources (RES) during the term of the Contract, the Contractor shall be additionally obliged to purchase/settle the surpluses of electricity generated in RES installations, which was fed into the relevant local power grid. The detailed rules for settlements will be specified in the document presented by the Contractor (supplement, regulations, electricity sales contract for electricity generated from renewable energy sources), The Contractor's Template will not contain any provisions imposing additional financial burdens on the Contracting Authority not provided for in this SWZ.
