The subject of the contract is the supply of equipment as part of the Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme, including: Part 1 – beds and bed linen, Part 2 – flexible fuel tanks and household equipment; Part 3 – disposable containers; Part 4 – tactical flashlights. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract contains a contract template with annexes, constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ. 3. The contracting authority allows for the possibility of submitting partial tenders for individual parts of the contract from 1 to 4. The contractor may submit a tender for any number of parts. 4. Due to the specificity of the contract (delivery), the contracting authority does not require the employment of persons under an employment contract. 5. The contracting authority does not foresee the possibility of granting contracts, as referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the Act. 6. Before initiating the procedure, the contracting authority did not conduct preliminary market consultations. 7. In this procedure, the contracting authority does not require contractors to submit tangible evidence. 8. Within the limits set out in Article 462 and subsequent articles of the Act, the contracting authority allows for the possibility of the contractor implementing the subject of the contract using subcontractors. A contractor who intends to entrust the execution of part of the contract to subcontractors shall indicate in the tender the parts of the contract which they intend to entrust to subcontractors, and shall provide the names of any potential subcontractors, if known. 9. In this contract, the contracting authority does not require the submission of an electronic catalogue, within the meaning of Article 93 of the Act.
