The electrical contract comprises the repair and extension of the electrical works of the commercial and office building located at Kauppakatu 10-12, in accordance with the tender documents attached to the invitation to tender. The implementation model is a divided contract. The main contractor acts as the main contractor and main implementer of the project. The subcontracts are assigned to the main contractor in accordance with RT 80271. The subcontracts are: Plumbing contract, Ventilation contract, Electrical contract, Building automation contract.
