Croatia – Construction work for buildings relating to health and social services, for crematoriums and public conveniences – Rekonstrukcija paviljona 6 zgrada “Feštetić” i stare zgrade tehničke službe bolnice

The works subject to this public procurement procedure relate to the complete reconstruction of existing buildings, which includes the removal of dilapidated parts of the structure and annexes, structural repair and strengthening of the objects, replacement of external and internal joinery, inter-floor structures, floors and all installation systems, installation of new heating, cooling and ventilation systems, as well as the performance of all other construction, craft and installation works necessary for the full functional operation of the building. The project also envisages the reorganization of internal spaces, adaptation to new functional purposes and alignment of project documentation with the new requirements of the investor and the applicable regulations.
