Subject of the contract: Delivery of stents Task 1. Balloon-expandable stainless steel stent for renal arteries and other visceral arteries (mesenteric artery, visceral trunk) Task 2. Balloon-mounted stainless steel stent for peripheral arteries Task 3. Cervical stent for implantation in soft lesions (stenoses) minimizing the risk of microembolization (mesh stent) Task 4. Set of self-expanding stents for intraluminal treatment of occlusions and stenoses of the femoral and iliac segments Task 5. Self-expanding stents dedicated to the popliteal and superficial femoral arteries Task 6. Drug-eluting stent for secondary occlusions in the superficial femoral artery Task 7. Closed-cell self-expanding stent for cervical vessels Task 8. Peripheral, self-expanding, closed-cell, repositionable stent Task 9. Stent-graft for thoracic aortic aneurysms with a very tortuous course and for the so-called "gothic arch" of the aorta Task 10. Hybrid self-expanding stent for cervical arteries Task 11. Self-expanding stent with thermal shape memory for tortuous cervical arteries and for tight stenoses Task 12. Branched abdominal stent-graft with suprarenal fixation The Contracting Authority allows for the submission of partial offers. The parts of the contract are the individual tasks specified above, i.e. tasks from 1 to 12. The Contracting Authority informs that the Contractor may submit an offer for up to a maximum of 12 tasks (without limiting the number of tasks per Contractor). A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 2b to SWZ.
