Finland – Boats – Kumiveneet ja trailerit 2026 (0072003)

The contracting authority Hansel Oy is procuring the Light Vehicles 2026 framework agreement, which consists of 13 separate framework agreements for various light vehicles. This Inflatable Boats and Trailers 2026 (0072003) framework agreement concerns inflatable boats and trailers and related services as follows:

The subject of the procurement includes the following products:

• Inflatable boats, 3 metres – 6 metres in length, and their spare parts, accessories, and official equipment

• Trailers for inflatable boats and their spare parts and accessories

The subject of the procurement includes the following services:

• Services related to the delivery of boats and trailers

• Provision of documents

• Organising commissioning and additional training

• Delivery of products with NOL and TOP delivery terms

• Maintenance, repair, and equipment services

The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the invitation to tender and its appendices, especially in the appendix "Subject of the Procurement".

CONTRACT PERIOD

The contract period is two (2) years. Hansel Oy has the right to extend the framework agreement for a maximum of two (2) years with the framework agreement conditions. See also the framework agreement clause 6 in the invitation to tender appendix A. The framework agreements may remain in force for one (1) year after the end of the framework agreement.

FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT SCOPE

The estimated value of the framework agreement is 1 200 000 - 1 600 000 euros (VAT 0%), including the option period. The maximum value of the framework agreement is 1 600 000 euros (VAT 0%). The determination of the value of the procurement in euros is complicated by the fact that the framework agreement may experience unforeseeable, customer-independent changes in the funds preliminarily granted for the procurement of the customers involved in the framework agreement during the framework agreement period. The figures are based on information provided by the customers involved in the framework agreement.
