Romania – Repair of data network equipment – Servicii de mentenanță și suport pentru infrastructura de comunicații

The subject of the contract consists of the procurement of maintenance and on-site support services for the LAN/WAN communications infrastructure within BNR, as well as advanced technical support services, which include the delivery of the necessary subscriptions for operation and the replacement of defective hardware components and access to services provided directly by the manufacturer, which guarantees access to software/firmware updates and direct access to the manufacturer's technical assistance system, for a period of 2 years from the expiry date of the current subscriptions, or until the maximum support termination date announced by the manufacturer, in accordance with the specifications of the terms of reference. Deadline for submission of clarification requests: 18 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, in accordance with art. 160 and 161 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, as amended and supplemented. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all clarification requests/ additional information requests, once, on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, in accordance with the provisions of art. 160 and art. 161 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, as amended and supplemented. The contracting authority will only respond to clarification requests submitted by interested economic operators through SEAP, up to the deadline set for the submission of clarification requests.
