Romania – Street-lighting maintenance services – ÎNTREŢINEREA ŞI MENŢINEREA ÎN STARE DE FUNCŢIONARE A SISTEMULUI DE ILUMINAT PUBLIC DIN MUNICIPIUL BAIA MARE

The subject of the framework agreement is the provision of maintenance and operational services for the public lighting system in the Municipality of Baia Mare, to ensure the continuity, safety and efficiency of its operation, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 230/2006 on public lighting services, Law No. 51/2006 on community public utility services, applicable technical regulations and the requirements of the Statement of Work. The services include all activities necessary for the operation, preventive and corrective maintenance, verification, diagnosis, remediation of defects and maintenance of the public lighting system's components, namely lighting points, distribution and transition boxes, overhead and underground low-voltage power lines, foundations, poles, earthing installations, brackets, luminaires, light sources and electrical equipment, conductors, fittings, control, automation and measurement equipment, as well as any other components related to the public lighting system under the administration of the Municipality of Baia Mare. The contractor will ensure operational intervention upon detection of defects, monitoring the technical condition of the installations, recording of works carried out and reporting of activities performed, so that the public lighting system operates under conditions of continuity, reliability and energy efficiency, for the entire duration of the framework agreement and the subsequent contracts. The Statement of Work contains the minimum requirements imposed for the award of the framework agreement regarding the maintenance and operational readiness of the public lighting system. The Minimum and Maximum Quantities of the Framework Agreement as well as the Maximum Quantities of the largest Subsequent Contract for services, are found in the tender documentation in the annexes: - Annex 1 to the Statement of Work/Technical Proposal; - Annex 2 to the Statement of Work/Technical Proposal; The deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the tender documentation is at the latest 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. Requests for clarification will be submitted in editable format. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification by the 11th day before the deadline for submission.
