The municipality of Leiden manages a large number of power distribution boxes in the city for events and markets. These power distribution boxes must comply with the NEN3140 standard. To continue to meet this standard, periodic maintenance is necessary. In addition, almost all power distribution boxes have been optimised for multifunctional use in recent years, such as charging cars, to better utilise their capacity. The municipality requires a maintenance contract for these power distribution boxes, including the handling of emergencies such as faults, and replacement of power distribution boxes.

• The estimated total cost is €55,000 per year for maintenance only. (€55,000 x 4 years = €220,000). No estimate can be given for replacements as this is assessed per box. The framework agreement has a maximum value of €350,000. Orders will be placed on a call-off basis.
