Belgium – Asbestos-removal work – Halle des ACEC à Herstal- désamiantage

The present contract concerns the asbestos removal from a 7,000m² industrial hall located at Rue des ACEC, 4040 Herstal. The asbestos-containing materials are listed in the destructive inventory attached to the present tender documents. They mainly concern:

- Plaster lagging around pipes in the boiler room and around a boiler in the hall

- Technical equipment (joints, chimney hatch, electrical cabinets, circuit breakers, electrical partition plates type Pical, etc.)

- Under-roofing plates of the Fibrocement type in the hall

The site does not include:

- Roof joinery with asbestos mastic. This will be the subject of a subsequent site

- Magnetised applications listed in the annexes inventory, the sheds and the sandblasting room. This was the subject of a previous asbestos removal and deconstruction site.
