The minimum quantity of marine propulsion oil ordered is 50% for each part of the contract. The minimum quantity of marine propulsion oil delivered at one time will be no less than 6,000 kg. A deviation of plus or minus 2% between the ordered quantity and the quantity delivered of marine propulsion oil is permitted. The settlement of deliveries will be made using the price per quantity specified in mass units - kilograms. The acceptance of the delivered marine propulsion oil will be in dm³ at the actual temperature according to the indications of a legalized (in accordance with the applicable metrological regulations) measuring device, and then it will be converted according to the actual density established on the basis of a legalized measuring device to mass units - kilograms. In the case of delivery of marine propulsion oil to fuel tanks and directly to vessels, the acceptance will be according to the indications of legalized measuring devices constituting the equipment of the transport means. The marine propulsion oil must meet the requirements specified for light marine fuels category ISO-F-DMA according to the international standard ISO 8217 or equivalent, where the sulfur content must not exceed 0.1% m/m, and the density measured at 15ºC must be in the range of 820.0-845.0 kg/m³ and the flash point must be above 61ºC. If the international standard ISO 8217 is referred to in the specification (together with the annexes), which the marine propulsion oil is to meet, then this standard is exemplary due to the fact that an equivalent solution is permitted.
