France – Heat-exchange units and machinery for liquefying air or other gases – Marché relatif à la fourniture d'échangeurs de chaleur pour la chaufferie biomasse de Cognin du réseau de chauffage urbain exploité par R3C dans le cadre d'une DSP sur les communes de Chambéry, Bassens, Cognin, la Motte-Servolex

The consultation concerns the supply, transport, and delivery of several hot water/heated water exchangers and the necessary elements for their operation, any preparatory assembly interventions prior to commissioning, and the commissioning for the urban heating network operated by R3C in the municipalities of Chambéry, Bassens, Cognin, and La Motte-Servolex for the Cognin biomass heating plant. The expected hot water/heated water exchange capacity is approximately 2 x 8.2 MW thermal. The high-pressure side pressure is around 20 bar. The low-pressure side pressure is around 10 bar. 1) Preparation of technical documents for the design and sizing of the units; 2) Assembly in the workshop with control and testing before delivery; 3) Delivery to a delivery location determined by the Contracting Authority; 4) Any preparatory assembly interventions; 5) Testing, commissioning, and verification of the expected performance.
