Czechia – Public transport services by railways – Zajištění dopravní obslužnosti veřejnými službami v přepravě cestujících veřejnou drážní osobní dopravou v rámci provozního souboru „Ještědská železnice II“

The subject of the public contract is the provision of public services in the transport of passengers in public rail transport to ensure transport services within the operating set "Ještědská železnice II" on part of the territory of the Liberec Region with extensions into neighbouring regions, in accordance with Act No. 129/2000 Coll., on regions, as amended, and § 2 ZVS. The subject of the public contract will be fulfilled on the basis of a contract concluded by the contracting authority with the supplier who submits the economically most advantageous tender. The contract will be concluded as a so-called gross contract, in which the opportunities and risks associated with the time development of the amount of revenue will be fully borne by the contracting authority. The subject of the public contract is more specifically defined in the binding draft contract (Annex No. 2 of the tender documentation). Further technical conditions defining the subject of the public contract are set out in Article 10 of the tender documentation.
