Poland – Heat pumps – Zakup i montaż pompy ciepła w budynku Domu Pomocy Społecznej w Rzadkowie

The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of heat pumps along with the necessary infrastructure for the Social Assistance Home in Rzadkowo. 1.1. The contract includes the execution of assembly, hydraulic, and electrical works, as well as the integration of the system with the existing photovoltaic and central heating installations, including: 1) Purchase and installation of air-to-water heat pump with a power of 17.4 kW – 3 units, 2) Purchase and installation of cascade automation – 1 unit, 3) Purchase and installation of hot water storage tank – 2 units, 4) Purchase and installation of buffer tank – 1 unit, 5) Purchase and installation of immersion heater – 1 unit, 6) Purchase and installation of heater for hot water storage tank – 2 units, 7) Purchase and installation of mounting console – 3 units, 8) Purchase and installation of bronze three-way valve – 3 units, 9) Purchase and installation of valve actuator – 3 units, 10) Purchase and installation of electronic circulating pump – 3 units, 11) Purchase and installation of temperature sensor – 5 units. 1.2. The contract includes the integration of the system with the existing central heating installation – gas boiler room. The contractor will carry out all necessary preparatory works (e.g. foundation works). 1.3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 2. PROJECT PN. "Purchase and installation of a heat pump in the building of the Social Assistance Home in Rzadkowo" FINANCED FROM THE FUNDS OF THE REGIONAL FUND FOR ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND WATER MANAGEMENT IN POZNAN IN THE FORM OF A GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF 291,733.61 PLN. 3. The contracting authority requires the contractor to conduct a site visit: 1) the submission of an offer must be preceded by a site visit, 2) the site visit location: Social Assistance Home in Rzadkowo, ul. Szybowników 50, Rzadkowo, 64-810 Kaczory, 3) the site visit can be arranged by prior agreement, on weekdays from 7:00 to 15:00, 4) to arrange a site visit, contact Ms. Ewa Barteczka, tel. 536 596 146 or via e-mail: [email protected]. A report on the site visit will be prepared – the template is Annex No. 8 to the SWZ, 5) submission of an offer without a site visit will result in the offer being rejected. 4. In order to confirm that the offered supply meets the requirements specified by the contracting authority in Annex 3 to the SWZ, the contracting authority requires the submission of a relevant evidentiary means with the offer: a document confirming the parameters of the heat pump as specified in the technical specification, e.g. technical sheet, energy label, certificates or manufacturer's declaration. If the contractor does not submit the relevant evidentiary means or the submitted evidentiary means are incomplete, the contracting authority will request their submission or completion within a specified deadline. 5. The warranty and guarantee period for the subject of the contract: min. 5 years. The warranty and guarantee period for the subject of the contract is a criterion for evaluating offers in accordance with point 16 of the SWZ. 6. As specified in the SWZ and Annex No. 3 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract, requirements relating to the subject of the contract are minimum requirements. The contracting authority allows the subject of the contract to be offered with better parameters. 7. The delivered equipment must be factory new, unused and not exhibited at trade fairs or exhibitions, must meet the requirements of the contracting authority specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. The subject of the contract must be technically functional, complete and ready for operation. The delivered equipment must be accompanied by appropriate documents/certificates proving compliance with all relevant standards and guidelines that the aforementioned subject of the contract must meet before being put into use, as well as warranty cards, operating instructions in Polish – if the equipment has them. 8. If the documents describing the subject of the contract contain the names of manufacturers, they serve to specify the desired standard of contract performance. The contractor may offer an equivalent subject of the contract meeting at least the parameters of the specified equipment. 9. In accordance with Article 101(4) of the Pzp Act, the contracting authority allows equivalent standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems. 10. The contractor undertakes to bear the costs of transport, unloading and insurance until the time of acceptance. 11. The contractor assumes full responsibility for any legal violations and damages that may arise in connection with the performance of the contract. 12. The contractor must have a sanitary works manager. The selected contractor will provide the contracting authority with the manager's details before the contract is signed. 13. The contracting authority does not specify the requirements referred to in Article 95 of the Pzp Act.
