The subject of the contract is the execution and exclusive operation of public regular interurban passenger transport, as well as accompanied baggage over 10 kilograms or unaccompanied baggage, by bus in the Region of Western Macedonia and specifically on the network depicted in Section IV of the Declaration through a public service contract for the provision of public passenger transport services, in accordance with the provisions of Law 4974/2022 and, in particular, Chapter E, as well as Regulation (EC) 1370/2007. Specifically, the subject of the contract is the "Grant of the right to the exclusive operation of public regular interurban passenger transport by bus in the Region of Western Macedonia", estimated value 118,500,000.00 € plus VAT [i.e. 11,850,000 € annually, for ten (10) years].
