Greece – Public road transport services – Ανοικτού Δημόσιου Διαγωνισμού για την ανάθεση του αποκλειστικού δικαιώματος εκτέλεσης δημόσιων τακτικών [αστικών / υπεραστικών] οδικών μεταφορών επιβατών με λεωφορεία στην Περιφέρεια Ανατολικής Μακεδονίας και Θράκης με σύμβαση παραχώρησης δημόσιας υπηρεσίας σύμφωνα με τον Κανονισμό 1370/2007

The subject of the contract is the execution and exclusive operation of public scheduled urban and interurban road passenger transport, as well as accompanied luggage over 10 kilograms or unaccompanied luggage, by bus in the Region of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace and, more specifically, in the network depicted in ANNEX IV of this Declaration, through a contract for the grant of public passenger transport services, in accordance with the provisions of Law 4974/2022 and, in particular, Chapter E, as well as Regulation (EC) 1370/2007. Specifically, the subject of the contract is divided into two (2) Sections as follows: SECTION 1: "Grant of the exclusive right to operate public scheduled interurban passenger transport by bus in the Region of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace", estimated value 363,500,000.00 € plus VAT [i.e., 36,350,000 € annually, for ten (10) years] and SECTION 2: "Grant of the exclusive right to operate public scheduled urban passenger transport by bus in the Region of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace", estimated value 20,000,000.00 € plus VAT [i.e., 2,000,000 € annually, for ten (10) years]. The estimated value of the contract amounts to a total of 383,500,000.00 € excluding VAT 13 % (estimated value including VAT: € 433,350,000.00). Including the right of option, if exercised under the terms and conditions of paragraph 4 of Article 4 of Regulation (EC) 1370/2007, the estimated value of the contract may increase to the amount of 575,250,000.00 € excluding VAT 13 % (estimated value including VAT: € 650,032,500.00).
