Maintenance and technical support services for hardware and software for centrally located servers: Lot 1 – IBM Platform Hardware and Software Maintenance. The following types of services will be provided: • A. IT equipment hardware and software repair and maintenance services – 48 months; • B. Proactive hardware and software technical support (IT) services – 1,920 days/person; • C. On-demand hardware and software technical support (IT) services – 2,056 days/person. Lot 2 – Non-IBM Platform Hardware and Software Maintenance. The following types of services will be provided: • A. IT equipment hardware and software repair and maintenance services – 48 months; • B. Proactive hardware and software technical support (IT) services – 820 days/person; • C. On-demand hardware and software technical support (IT) services – 2,173 days/person. Lot 3 – Oracle and Quest Software Platform Hardware and Software Maintenance. The following types of services will be provided: • A. IT equipment hardware and software repair and maintenance services – 48 months; • B. Proactive hardware and software technical support (IT) services – 400 days/person; • C. On-demand hardware and software technical support (IT) services – 3,503 days/person. The number of days within which clarifications/additional information requests can be submitted before the deadline for submission of tenders: 18. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to requests for clarifications/additional information received by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
