Poland – Petroleum products, fuel, electricity and other sources of energy – Zakup energii elektrycznej w podziale na dwa Zadania

The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity, divided into two Tasks (parts): Task 1 - Purchase of electricity for the Municipality of Milanówek, in the amount of 2 817 698,00 kWh, Task 2 - Purchase of electricity for the Milanówek Culture Centre, in the amount of 64 100,00 kWh. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is described in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ (referred to in the notice as "SOPZ"), and the detailed conditions in the Draft Contract Terms (Annex No. 6 to the SWZ), referred to in the notice as "PPU". II. The Contracting Authority envisages the possibility of exercising the option right, as referred to in Article 441 of the Pzp Act (hereinafter referred to as the "option") on the detailed terms specified in the PPU. In the course of implementing the contract, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to increase the size of the contract by 20% in relation to the base amount of electricity. III. In implementing the contract covered by the contract, the Contractor is obliged (where applicable) to ensure, to the extent corresponding to the Subject of the Contract and its properties, the availability (architectural, digital and information-communication) to persons with special needs, at least to the extent specified by the minimum requirements referred to in Article 6 of the Act of 19 July 2019 on ensuring accessibility to persons with special needs. IV. The full scope of supplies and the detailed description of the subject of the contract, together with the technical conditions for the execution of supplies, are presented in the SOPZ and in the PPU.
