Belgium – Miscellaneous repair and maintenance services – Decorbouwers in VRT-atelier

This contract concerns the hiring of external facility workers to be deployed in the decoratelier of VRT. VRT wishes to select one or more suitable partners in cascade who can supply temporarily deployable workers for various supporting and executing tasks within the decoratelier. With this, VRT aims to guarantee the flexibility and continuity of its internal decor production, both during regular operations and during peak periods in the production planning. This dossier includes the following profiles: - Carpenter - Painter - Assembler - Decor painter - CNC operator - Decor executor - Decor coordinator. The tenderer must be able to offer at least 2 persons per operational profile simultaneously.

**Objectives of the contract:**

**Ensuring continuity.** Securing a stable and reliable supply of external facility workers, so that the decoratelier remains operational at all times and VRT production deadlines are met.

**Flexible deployability.** Obtaining a partner who can quickly and efficiently deploy workers when additional capacity is needed, for example, for urgent orders, seasonal peaks or unforeseen circumstances.

**Quality support.** Attracting workers with the right technical skills and professional attitude, so that they can be deployed immediately within the atelier and contribute to the quality standards of the VRT.

**Efficient collaboration with external partners.** Building sustainable working relationships with suppliers who guarantee transparent communication, correct follow-up and administrative accuracy.

**Operational relief.** Reducing the internal administrative and logistical burden (planning, recruitment, follow-up) by working with professional suppliers who master these processes.
