Purchase contract for the procurement of geothermal heat energy. The quantity of heat energy to be delivered and accepted under this Contract, aggregated at the consumption points of the listed building(s), is: 12000 GJ / 2 years. Regarding the quantity of heat energy to be delivered and accepted, the Consumer reserves the right to a +/- 15% deviation - optional call-off - depending on the consumer's heat demand, considering the aforementioned as the minimum quantity for the entire contract period. The Consumer, with the equipment installed in its existing district heating systems, ensures the heat supply of the building listed below:

The successful tenderer (service provider) will perform the following tasks within the framework of operation:

- To ensure the provision of geothermal heat energy service, - operate own-cost producing thermal water exploration wells and water reinjection wells at a specified property and location to ensure continuous service supply for the thermal loop system providing the supply, - operate own-cost district heating network, - operate, at own cost, the water and heat engineering units serving the reception of thermal water and thermal heat, the necessary heat exchangers, distributors, regulators and heat quantity meters in the district heating system of the specified building of the Inviting Party (Consumer), and also ensure central, building-specific controllability, - operate own-cost dispatcher centre.
